Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a senior UI/UX designer who:
- Thinks in systems, not just screens
- Understands how users feel at every click, swipe, and tap
- Has a gamer’s instinct for flow, progression, feedback loops, and intuitive UI
- Can design seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile - without breaking logic or beauty
- Is comfortable working remotely with a fast-moving startup team
You should care deeply about clarity, usability, and emotional experience - especially when dealing with sensitive, complex topics like health, genetics, and personal data.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design end-to-end UI/UX for:
- Web platforms
- Mobile apps
- Dashboard-style interfaces
- Consumer-facing and professional (B2B) tools
Create compelling experiences for:
- Marketplaces
- Digital health & wellness products
- DNA-based insights and dashboards
Ensure consistency across platforms while respecting platform-specific UX patterns
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are buildable and scalable
Continuously refine UX based on user behaviour, feedback, and data
Bring game-inspired UX thinking into non-game products (progression, clarity, motivation, reward loops)
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years of professional UI/UX experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web + mobile app design
- Responsive, multi-device thinking with clean information architecture
- Proficiency in Figma (must), Photoshop (ideal),
- Proven experience designing for real products, not just concept art.
- Ability to think both visually and logically
- Comfortable working remotely across time zones
Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)
- You’re a gamer (PC, console, mobile — we don’t discriminate)
- You’ve designed gamified systems, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces
- You understand behavioural design, motivation mechanics, progression systems
- Experience in health, wellness, SaaS, or data-driven products
- You enjoy startups. Ambiguity doesn’t scare you, it energizes you
