Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for laying the foundations for the acquisition, storage, transformation, and management of data
• Advise on data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues
• Review and design relational and multidimensional database structures, relationships, data flows and data interfaces
• Define ETL (extract, transform, load) processes to help extract and manipulate data from multiple sources
• Prepare plans for all ETL (Extract/Transformation/Load) procedures and architectures
• Review data systems performance and recommend optimization strategies
• Regular reporting and work with business teams on systems performance and progress of implementation and updates for issues resolution

Requirements:

• 3+ Project experience with designing and building highly scalable Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes and concepts
• Working experience & sound knowledge on DAX, Power Query/Power Pivot is a must
• Solid understanding & experience with Power BI dashboards
• Advanced knowledge and experience in relational databases, SQL.
• Experience in database design and modeling for data warehouse and business intelligence applications, including relational database structures and normal forms
• Able to analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
• Analytical skills to monitor performance and identify problems with in the database
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Able to self-manage & assure timely delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in ETL, data model & Power BI development
• BI certification is a plus
