SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Develop and maintain Python-based workflows to support bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and other key financial control processes.
• Build automated data pipelines and reconciliation models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and auditability of financial reporting.
• Design and enhance tools for financial data validation, exception management, and dashboard generation.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business teams to translate reconciliation needs into scalable, automated solutions.
• Continuously improve existing scripts and processes to strengthen controls and reduce manual effort.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or other quantitative fields.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python for data processing, reconciliation, automation, and scripting (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access, VBA, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with financial statements, accounting concepts, and reconciliation processes preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage non-technical stakeholders.
