Basic Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Java, GCP, GKE, and MongoDB, with experience building scalable, high-volume applications and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Familiar with tools and practices such as GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Maven, Jenkins, and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Independent Execution: Demonstrated ability to take high-level requirements and independently define user stories, design solutions, and implement features with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable owning the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Team Collaboration: Works well in a collaborative team environment, actively participates in design discussions, shares knowledge, and aligns with team goals while independently driving assigned workstreams.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Experience working with distributed teams and mentoring junior developers is a plus.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management domains such as logistics, warehouse management, inventory, or purchasing is a strong plus, especially with ERP integrations.
- Required Education: Bachelor's or 15 years of relevant work experience.

- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
