Qualifications

- Maintain a thorough understanding of current banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet members’ financial goals.
- Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Assist in maintaining a balanced cash drawer and preparing daily reconciliation reports.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
