Summary:
The Customer Success Self-service team is looking for a highly talented, self-driven, proven software engineer to take on the challenge of building Messaging Experiences for client. As an engineer in our iOS development team, you will be responsible for the development of key building blocks of Messaging platforms like Chat, Inbox and Email SDKs and integrate with various tenants like Venmo, Hyper wallet etc. to build UI experiences that keep customers engaged and self-serve.
We are looking for software engineers who are innovative, curious, fast-learning, and versatile, to join the team to develop the next generation of Self-Service solutions that will change how billions of user’s self-resolve issues. You will work closely with product, architects and other teams to understand the business needs and deliver solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement solutions for specific use cases that provide frameworks, interfaces, and services that can be extended and reused for future requirements
- Collaborate with architects, technical leads, product, UX designers and engineers to understand the requirement, design and architect the solution and work with engineers to implement the requirements
- End to end execution from developing new features, reviewing PRs, testing, automation and release code to production
- Drive innovation in the team and bring in new market trends and solutions to the team
Technical Skills:
- B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of mobile development experience
- Knowledge of multi-threaded, asynchronous code
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java
- Deep understanding of Jetpack Compose and traditional XML-based UI
- Mastery of Android SDK, View Model, Live Data, and Coroutines/Flows
- Experience with MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture
- Strong knowledge of modularization, dependency injection (Dagger/Hilt/Koin)
- Expertise in multi-module projects for scalability
- Profiling memory, CPU, and battery usage
- Reducing app startup time and optimizing rendering performance
- Strong debugging skills with Android Studio, Leak Canary, and Systane
- Strong experience with JUnit, Espresso, and Mock
- Writing UI tests, unit tests, and integration tests
Soft Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $63.00 - $65.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
