In this position, you will work closely with business stakeholders across the company to gather requirements, define use cases, validate prototypes, and ensure new BI dashboards, analytics models,and AI solutions are adopted and deliver measurable value. You will collaborate closely with technical data, BI, and AI teams—helping them understand the business context behind every request and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) before launch.
You will play a key role in shaping how analytics and AI drive decision-making, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Translate business pain points into clear, actionable requirements for BI, data, and AI development teams.
- Work closely with BI and AI engineers to design solutions aligned with business goals.
- Validate and test dashboards, analytics models, and AI agents before launch, ensuring accuracy, usability, and business relevance.
- Help define success metrics, adoption plans, and communication strategies for new analytics and AI solutions.
- Support training, onboarding, and change management to increase adoption across global teams.
- Monitor performance and gather feedback to continuously refine solutions and identify new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, strategy, or a related business function.
- Strong understanding of business processes, KPIs, and how decisions are made in a global organization.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements for technical teams.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik) and basic understanding of analytics or AI concepts (no coding required).
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and participating in UAT / solution testing.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills: able to turn insights into compelling business narratives.
- A problem-solving mindset with curiosity, critical thinking, and willingness to learn new technologies.
