digital.enterprises is a Qatar-headquartered technology company building ADAPT, an AI-powered platform designed to transform how the energy sector sources, manages, and transacts Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) materials.

Built on Microsoft Azure, ADAPT connects buyer and supplier ERP systems in real time — creating a unified, intelligent supply-chain mesh that enables transparency, automation, and resilience across Qatars energy ecosystem.

We work with leading partners including Microsoft, Vodafone, and align with QatarEnergy Tawteen, QDB, and QRDI objectives to advance Qatar's digital transformation and SME enablement agenda.

The Opportunity

Were at zero-to-one stage — the moment when product, vision, and grit must converge.

Were seeking a CTO with a founders mindset: a builder, architect, and leader ready to shape a platform that shouldn't be possible — but will be.

This is not a conventional corporate role. Its an invitation to build a company, not just a product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of the ADAPT platform.
  • Define and deliver a robust technology roadmap spanning cloud, AI, and data integration.
  • Oversee MVP, pilot, and scale-up development cycles, ensuring speed, security, and scalability.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering and product team locally and remotely.
  • Manage relationships with Microsoft, Vodafone, and other technology partners.
  • Establish and enforce standards for cybersecurity, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive innovation across AI-enabled transactions, ERP integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Contribute to fundraising, investor discussions, and strategic direction as part of the founding team.


What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience architecting and deploying cloud-native platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Demonstrated capability in AI/ML or data-driven transactional systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP integration, API frameworks, and data architecture.
  • Prior leadership experience in start-ups or high-growth ventures.
  • A deep sense of ownership, curiosity, and resilience.
  • Willingness to engage as a co-founder, with skin in the game and a commitment to long-term success.
