Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of the ADAPT platform.
- Define and deliver a robust technology roadmap spanning cloud, AI, and data integration.
- Oversee MVP, pilot, and scale-up development cycles, ensuring speed, security, and scalability.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering and product team locally and remotely.
- Manage relationships with Microsoft, Vodafone, and other technology partners.
- Establish and enforce standards for cybersecurity, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive innovation across AI-enabled transactions, ERP integrations, and workflow automation.
- Contribute to fundraising, investor discussions, and strategic direction as part of the founding team.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying cloud-native platforms (Azure preferred).
- Demonstrated capability in AI/ML or data-driven transactional systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP integration, API frameworks, and data architecture.
- Prior leadership experience in start-ups or high-growth ventures.
- A deep sense of ownership, curiosity, and resilience.
- Willingness to engage as a co-founder, with skin in the game and a commitment to long-term success.
- See obstacles as creative challenges, not roadblocks.
- Prefer building from first principles to inheriting legacy systems.
- Believe purpose and impact outweigh titles and comfort.
- Want to help shape how the world keeps its energy flowing — smarter, faster, and cleaner.
- Founding-team equity participation (structured through vesting and performance milestones).
- Deferred compensation model transitioning to full salary upon revenue/funding.
- Direct involvement with global partners and high-visibility national digital projects.
