Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management,
  • BSc or MSc in Software Engineering,
  • Experience in Pharma/eHealth IT project management is a significant differentiator,
  • Can be coordinated installation and test & commissioning activities,
  • Have leadership skills especially in leading international teams,
  • Experience working with wide variety stakeholders in a multinational project,
  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives,
  • PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications,
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices,
  • Advanced level of English and Turkish both written and spoken,
  • Represent the company in front of customer and project stakeholders,
  • Hands on experience on ITIL support processes,
  • Living permanently in Qatar.


Responsibilities

  • Be single point of contact for assigned projects at customer premises from implementation to operations and support,
  • Coordinate with project and devops teams,
  • Lead rollout and onboarding activities,
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives,
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan,
  • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations,
  • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies,
  • Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required,
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed,
  • Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project,
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement,
  • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level,
  • Ability to organize and manage test, acceptance and technical events/meetings,
  • Completing data analyses to ensure the project is on schedule,
  • Developing a lasting relationship with clients,

  • Plan and manage software projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
