About the Role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer for our DevOps Team. Your primary responsibility will be providing day-to-day support for and ensuring the performance of the enterprise-wide Unix System infrastructure and interconnected technologies. In this role, we highly value not only technical expertise but also a strong desire to learn and excel, coupled with exceptional teamwork skills

What You Will Do:

  • Own and continuously improve deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines across development and production environments, with a strong focus on automation and reliability.
  • Design, operate, and evolve scalable, highly available infrastructure, including disaster recovery and production performance.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, participate in technical discussions, and help troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and stability of production systems throughout their lifecycle, including releases and patching.
  • Build and maintain automation and tooling using scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to deliver secure, robust, and scalable applications.
  • Promote best practices around documentation, operational processes, and knowledge sharing.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, managing complex, production-grade infrastructure.
  • Strong Linux and web server experience, with solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, load balancing) and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages to streamline operations and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and designing reliable CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus, Zabbix) to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher).

Bonus Points if You:

  • Have experience managing high-availability, mission-critical production systems with minimal downtime.
  • Are familiar with VoIP infrastructure and related protocols.
  • Have knowledge of cloud-native security and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2).
  • Have exposure to serverless or event-driven architectures using services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, or similar.
