We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join our team.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring proper cost allocation across projects, working closely with the Portfolio Office and Controlling, and making sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, with effective risk management, and in alignment with strategic objectives.

In addition to stakeholder management, you will dive deeper into understanding how projects impact users and will monitor project dependencies across the entire portfolio.

This is you

  • 8+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering medium- and large-scale IT projects
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
  • Proficiency in consulting
  • Ability to drive reliable planning across mixed, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage high-level escalations
  • English: Upper-intermediate level or higher

This is your role

  • Ensure project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices are implemented across projects
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines
  • Ensure all projects are properly structured and maintained in PPMP, with all required status reports in place
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify and mitigate risks
  • Align with the Change Manager Lead on stakeholder analysis and change management planning and execution
  • Provide guidance, tools, templates, and training to project managers and project teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and integrate lessons learned across projects
