Unbound IA is hiring PHP Developer Interns to support our development team in building, maintaining, and enhancing back-end services. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want hands-on experience working on real-world web applications and learning industry best practices.

As a PHP Developer Intern, you will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to assist in developing server-side logic, databases, and APIs. You will gain exposure to modern PHP frameworks, scalable architectures, and collaborative development workflows.

This is a full-time internship with an immediate start. We are seeking motivated, curious, and dedicated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects.

Internship Responsibilities -

• Assist in analyzing website or web application requirements with the development team.

• Support the development of server-side logic using PHP and Laravel under guidance from senior developers.

• Help build and maintain dynamic web pages and backend features.

• Assist in database development, basic query writing, and optimization using MySQL/RDBMS.

• Participate in debugging, testing, and improving application performance and user experience.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs and backend services.

• Learn and follow coding standards, version control practices, and agile workflows.

• Assist in documentation and maintenance of existing applications.

Requirements -

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP (academic or project-based experience acceptable).

• Familiarity with Laravel framework (training/projects/internship experience is fine).

• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

• Understanding of MySQL / RDBMS concepts and basic database design.

• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and web application architecture.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.

• Willingness to learn AWS/cloud deployment concepts (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory).

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and eagerness to work in an agile environment.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA or related degree.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a learning mindset.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have -

• Academic or personal projects using PHP/Laravel.

• Exposure to unit testing concepts.

• Familiarity with task or project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Trello).

• Internship or training experience in web development.
