A. About role -
The Relationship Manager – TSP will be responsible for managing and strengthening partnerships with Technology Service Providers (TSPs) in the NBBL ecosystem. The role involves driving business growth through partner collaboration, ensuring seamless integration and compliance, and aligning TSP initiatives with NBBL’s strategic and regulatory framework.
B. Role & Responsibilities -
- Manage end-to-end relationships with NBBL TSPs as the single point of contact
- Drive partner onboarding, integration, and operational excellence
- Identify new business opportunities and support ecosystem expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops, Risk) for issue resolution
- Track partner performance, analyze KPIs, and present business insights
- Ensure adherence to NBBL and RBI guidelines
C. Qualification/Skill requirement -
- BE/BTech with MBA preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in fintech, payments, or partner management.
- Strong understanding of APIs, BBPS, UPI, and payment systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
