Basic Functions 2+ years of experience in enterprise full stack application development and support Strong hands-on experience in UI development using React.js and Angular Proficient in Node.js scripting for backend services, APIs, and automation tasks Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and scalable microservices Write clean, efficient, and modular code following best practices and design patterns Responsible for end-to-end development — from UI to backend integration and deployment Contribute to code reviews, quality assurance, and unit testing processes Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to other team members when needed Essential Functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting Quick learner with the ability to understand and develop full-stack features independently Adaptable to fast-changing priorities and project needs in an Agile/SCRUM environment Ability to manage and deliver across multiple modules/features simultaneously Exposure to modern DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) development using modern tools and frameworks Primary Internal Interactions Work with Product Managers and Tech Leads to define product development roadmap Coordinate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and backend engineers Organizational Relationships Reports To: TBD Supervises: TBD Skills Technical Skills – Required Proficiency in Node.js (with scripting capabilities for backend and automation tasks) Strong frontend development using React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control workflows Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS Nice to Have Basic understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker) Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, or message queue systems Experience in mobile-friendly UI/UX design principles Process-Specific Skills Exposure to any of the following is a plus: Real-time data processing Web-based customer support platforms Soft Skills Strong communication skills — both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team Comfortable working with stakeholders across different time zones Working Hours General Shift: 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST Flexibility to extend hours based on critical deployments or support needs Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution
