Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Lead with strong Web3 industry experience to drive ecosystem expansion, partnerships, and integrations with top chains, infra providers, wallets, tooling platforms, and Web3 communities.
This is a high-ownership founding team role.
Initially, the role is equity/token-based, transitioning into a high-paying full-time position after our funding round.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development
- Identify, initiate, and close collaborations with:
- L1 & L2 chains (Polygon, Near, Arbitrum, Base, etc.)
- Infra providers (Alchemy, QuickNode, The Graph, Particle)
- Wallets, bridges, and oracles
- AI, SocialFi, DeFi, and modular ecosystem partners
- Lead outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Ecosystem Growth
- Build strategic partnerships to expand ArthaChain’s visibility.
- Plan joint AMAs, hackathons, co-marketing, and integrations.
- Coordinate with DevRel & tech teams for successful onboarding.
Market Research
- Track Web3 trends, ecosystems, narratives, and partnership opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and identify collaboration white-spaces.
Founder & Investor Support
Assist founders in preparing partnership decks, BD reports, and pitches.
Help connect with VCs, accelerators, launchpads, and grant programs.
Pipeline Management
- Own the BD funnel: outreach → meeting → negotiation → integration → announcement.
- Maintain CRM sheets and weekly progress reports.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
- 1–5 years experience in Web3 BD, Partnerships, Ecosystem, or DevRel.
- Strong network in the blockchain industry.
- Experience working with L1s, L2s, DeFi, tooling, wallets, or infra partners.
Understanding of:
- EVM ecosystems
- L2 scaling
- WASM (bonus)
- Modular chains
- DeFi protocols
- Web3 growth mechanisms
- Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills.
Good-To-Have:
- Experience in early-stage startups
- Prior BD role in blockchain infra
- Existing contacts with Polygon, Arbitrum, Near, Solana, Base, etc.
- Understanding of hackathon coordination & community events
- Passion for ArthaChain vision and modular + dual-VM future
