The Work

We are a dedicated team advancing the frontier of physical AI and industrial automation, enabling both innovative scale-ups and established industry leaders to solve their most challenging real-world problems with measurable, lasting impact.

We're launching a SaaS platform that unifies real-time telemetry, sensors, PLCs, fleets, valves, digital twins, and enterprise systems into a single intelligence layer that understands the physical environment, can simulate it, reason over it, and act safely and autonomously.

In this role, you will craft intuitive, context-rich user experiences that empower industrial engineers, operators, and planners to make confident decisions grounded in real operational constraints, timing, uncertainty, and downstream effects.

Your Role

• Design user interfaces and experiences that align with real industrial workflows and decision-making processes
• Translate complex physical system behavior into clear, trustworthy, and actionable interfaces without losing critical nuance
• Create experiences tailored to mission-critical engineering and operations environments, not generic consumer patterns
• Collaborate closely with platform, AI, and systems engineers to ensure end-to-end usability and product coherence
• Shape product direction by influencing both the user experience and the evolution of underlying systems

Tech (Directional, Not Prescriptive)

• Figma or similar design tools for prototyping and handoff
• TypeScript + React for implementation and validation of designs
• Real-time data visualization (streams, WebSockets)
• 3D / WebGL interfaces or digital twin representations tied to live system state
• Thoughtful information architecture and interaction design for complex, time-dependent state
• Deep user empathy and engineering judgment matter more than specific tools.

The team you will join

Built by former leadership from ABB, Siemens, senior software engineers and autonomous driving leads from Audi and Volvo, Physical AI researchers and an IMO award-winning mathematician - with decades of operating and software experience in industrial environments.

Who you are

• Have designed UI/UX for an analytics, simulation, operations, or data-intensive platform before (must-have)
• Have experience with complex internal, enterprise, or systems-heavy tools
• Are comfortable reasoning about time, state, uncertainty, and operational constraints
• Prioritize clarity, trustworthiness, and decision-making signal over surface-level visual polish
• Want to build interfaces used in mission-critical industrial environments
