The Field Inventory Management (FIM) Project Manager plays a vital role in driving transformation, efficiency, and standardization across the FIM APAC organization. In this role, you will lead key change programs, tool implementation projects, and improvement initiatives that directly impact operational performance across the APAC region.
You will work closely with the APAC Head of FIM, FIM Country Heads, Operational Excellence teams, and subject matter experts to ensure successful execution of strategic programs that support Ericsson’s operational excellence and supply efficiency ambitions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across APAC, including process optimization and tool implementation programs
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and budget considerations
- Execute the technical and operational side of change—creating work breakdown structures, coordinating resources, and ensuring deliverable quality
- Implement structured change management, assess business impacts, manage resistance, and support adoption across multiple countries
- Drive strong stakeholder engagement, delivering clear communication updates to FIM Heads, Operational Excellence, and senior leaders
- Monitor risks, issues, and readiness, ensuring timely mitigation, reporting, and escalation when needed
- Measure project performance, track success metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- 3+ years’ experience in the telecommunications industry with at least 1 year working within Supply Chain
- Project management expertise, including planning, execution, and risk/issue management (PMP/Agile knowledge a plus)
- Strong understanding of Ericsson processes, tools, and ways of working, especially within supply, NRO, and last-mile logistics
- Ability to collaborate across multiple APAC countries, navigating cultural and operational differences
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with comfort driving alignment among senior stakeholders
- Experience in fast-paced, change-heavy environments, with resilience and strong problem-solving abilities
