Role Overview

As a Project Manager at CodingIT, you will lead software development projects with a strong focus on problem-solving, execution, and team leadership. We are looking for a professional who understands how complex problems are structured, enjoys finding practical solutions, and can guide teams through ambiguity with clarity and direction.

This role goes beyond coordination. You will actively drive decisions, unblock teams, apply structured processes, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders, while leading teams toward predictable and high-quality delivery in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects end-to-end.
• Break down complex problems into actionable plans and guide teams toward effective solutions.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Apply and adapt project management methodologies and processes according to each project’s context.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring transparency and control.
• Actively manage risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies and driving resolution.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and support development teams, enabling focus, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Promote structured delivery practices, retrospectives, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

✅ Must-Have

• 3+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Ability to lead projects autonomously from planning through delivery.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze situations and drive solutions.
• Solid understanding and practical application of project management processes and methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or predictive).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary software development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in professional English, able to lead discussions with U.S.-based clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in parallel.

⭐ Nice-to-Have

• Experience managing projects for U.S. or other international clients.
• Experience working in software development consultancies or agency environments.
• Exposure to delivery metrics, capacity planning, or operational performance tracking.
• Experience collaborating closely with technical leads or product managers.
• Experience working on projects that involved integrations with Generative AI solutions.
