Join our UX team and shape meaningful digital experiences across Red Bull’s consumer-facing products, designing solutions that scale across brands, platforms, and complex ecosystems. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design Systems, and the wider UX community, you’ll turn user needs and business goals into high-quality, coherent experiences.

  • Design best-in-class digital consumer facing experiences across Red Bull’s brands, setting the design direction while demonstrating exceptional visual design skills and applying UX fundamentals and usability heuristics. Leverage AI-driven design tools and workflows to enhance creativity, efficiency, and innovation in all aspects of your work.
  • Plan and facilitate design sprints, critique sessions, workshops, and other rituals, continuously optimizing the design process across projects. Support product intake and early problem framing through structured discovery formats, and conduct smaller user tests independently when needed to validate solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure shared understanding, feasibility, and consistency at scale. Work in close alignment with the Design System team and actively participate in Red Bull’s wider UX community. Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints, and communicate design intent, trade-offs, and decisions clearly across business and product stakeholders.
  • Take full ownership of UX workstreams from early discovery through validation, design, and delivery, ensuring close alignment with cross-functional teams. Own the user experience across entire ecosystems, creating coherent journeys that span products and platforms, while balancing local product needs with platform wide consistency and scalability to maximize reusability and impact.

That Matter Most For This Role

  • 5+ years experience as a professional UX designer with a strong passion for design and digital experiences
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and ability to set design directions
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma) and ability to adapt quickly to new tools or technologies.
  • Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, design principles and usability heuristics
  • Ability to plan and conduct UX research and smaller user tests independently; analyze insights to inform design.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Design Systems, and the wider UX community.
  • Travel 0-10%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 3,139.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
