- Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt HR
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR (bestenfalls im Retailbereich mit Filialstruktur)
- Begeisterung für sämtliche HR-Agenden entlang des gesamten Employee-Life-Cycles
- Leidenschaft für HR-Projekte und HR-Tools (BMD und eRecruiter Anwenderkenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Kommunikative, proaktive, empathische Persönlichkeit mit selbstständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie versierter Umgang mit MS-Office
