At Securitas we are looking for a hands-on Business Project Manager, to lead and deliver small to large size cross-departmental (strategic) projects that drive business value and operational efficiency. In this role, you are driving the transformation and change of Securitas Services & Solutions. You will work with teams from different departments and are reporting to the Director of Transformation, Marketing & Communication.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to join our Transformation team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex business projects from inception to completion. You will play a crucial role in driving organizational success by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the expected quality standards.

• Overall responsible of the project by leading the project team in an efficient and effective way
• Align project goals with strategic business objectives
• Responsible for project plan creation, execution, coordination and project deliverables
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget with the agreed scope
• Coordinate project preparation activities: identify stakeholders, set-up cross functional team, develop communication plan
• Conduct risk assessment and formulate mitigation actions
• Facilitate workshops with relevant stakeholders to gather input and drive consensus, buy-in and adoption
• Act as an advisor, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on business knowledge and project findings
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and SteerCo
• Guide the organisation through the implementation and ensure smooth and successful transition to operational use
• Evaluate project outcomes and document lessons learned
• Promote culture of continuous improvement

Qualification

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering business projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, PMBOK, Prince2)
• Solid business acumen with ability to understand and analyse business requirements, processes, challenges and opportunities
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• In-depth understanding of business processes and operations
