This opportunity supports a large-scale Service Assurance function for an enterprise telecom operator in Finland. The program covers fault, performance, SLA monitoring, and ITSM integrations within a regulated, security-sensitive environment and is intended for experienced OSS professionals with strong operational discipline.

About the role

We are hiring OSS Service Assurance professionals for a national telecom environment. You will support systems responsible for fault monitoring, performance insights, SLA reporting, and ITSM workflows, working closely with NOC/Operations and OSS architecture teams.

What you’ll do

• Operate and support Service Assurance platforms (fault/performance/SLA workflows)
• Handle L2/L3 troubleshooting, incident response, and RCA
• Improve alarm/event processing coverage and operational automation
• Support integrations between Assurance ↔ Inventory ↔ Fulfilment ↔ ITSM
• Participate in ITIL processes: incident/problem/change, CAB support where applicable

Required skills (any strong combination of the below)

• Mycom NetExpert (Service Assurance / correlation)
• OpenText NNMi (discovery, SNMP, topology, event pipelines)
• BMC Remedy (ITSM workflows)
• Netwiser / IBM SevOne exposure for performance/QoS is a plus
• Java / Perl / PHP / Shell scripting
• Linux troubleshooting + operational discipline (ITIL)

Good to have

• Elastic/Kibana/Grafana dashboards
• Automation frameworks (Ansible/Terraform)
• TM Forum familiarity
