You will be working with a highly skilled SW development team which develops various software components running on our TETRA Base Station, embedded Linux environments built with Yocto.
Your key responsibilities
Script development: Learn and utilize scripting languages to write, execute, and maintain automated test cases. One of your first tasks includes studying and recovering some existing unit test cases.
Test Design: Assist senior engineers in converting manual test plans and scenarios into robust, automated test scripts.
Execution & Reporting: Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify defects, and prepare comprehensive reports.
CI/CD Integration: Learn how automation integrates into our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, product owners, and manual testers within an Agile environment.
The duration of this trainee period is 9 months and will start on agreed date or 01/06/202. The position is full-time during 1.6-31.08 2026 [and part-time (at least 3 days a week) during other times.

Our trainee program is aimed at those currently pursuing their studies at university or university of applied sciences.

- Good understanding of Yotco and embedded systems
