By combining market demand with internal customer sales data, we are developing a self-driving retail engine. Our platform provides retailers with automated, actionable recommendations on how to grow their profits through consumer driven offering.
The Role: Conquering the Swedish Market
We are looking for an exceptional sales talent to lead our outreach to medium and large Swedish retailers (those with €30m+ yearly revenue). Your primary mission is to book meetings with key decision-makers within a target list of approximately 260 companies.
You will be a key player in building the next Finnish international success story. Through high performance you have a unique opportunity to significantly develop sales culture at Maire.

Your Responsibilities
- Strategic outreach: Consistently approach potential customers using a multichannel, value-driven approach. We don’t just sell; we help retailers achieve their goals starting from the very first interaction.
- C-level engagement: Interact confidently with C-level executives at major retail firms.
- Process innovation: Bring the ambition to constantly refine and develop our outreach and lead-generation processes.
- Market expansion: Once we have successfully penetrated the Swedish market, you will move into our next international territory.
Requirements
- Language: Native or professional-level fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Track Record: Proven experience in outbound sales and booking high-level meetings.
- Mindset: A "best in the world" ambition. You are persistent, consistent, and thrive on the hunt.
- Location: Based in Helsinki (HQ), with the flexibility for partial remote work.
Salary & Compensation
- Target Salary: €3,000 – €4,000 per month.
- Base Salary: €2,000 – €2,500 per month.
- Bonus: Performance-based commissions tied directly to the number of meetings booked.
