Our trainee program is aimed at those currently pursuing their studies at university or university of applied sciences.
If you have experience in some or several of the following areas: RHEL based Linux distributions, virtualization and containerization, automation with Ansible, working with Jenkins using Groovy and GIT it will be beneficial for this role and you’ll have an opportunity to utilize these skills with us.
Otherwise, we value your enthusiasm for personal development and growth. You're someone who dares to take initiative and follow through. If there's something you're unsure of or need assistance with, we're here to help. Success in our work comes from our collective efforts.

What You Will Do:
- Platform & Automation: Work with the team to ensure the flawless operation on virtualization platforms.
- Test Development: Assist in the refinement and enhancement of our existing automated tests and learn to develop new ones for virtualization technologies. You will utilize tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Groovy, Jenkinsfile, Ansible, and GIT/Gerrit.
- System Improvement: Study our current management and content systems and contribute to improving them for our future needs.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure the design solutions are sound by assisting in test development, and join extended team meetings, including daily standups, increment plannings, and workshops. You will help ensure requirements, responsibilities, and timelines are understood, and share your success stories.
- Impactful Outputs: Your work will directly result in automated workflows that ensure quality, enhance auditability, and simplify both the tasks and the usage of our platforms.
- Streamlined Solutions: You will be part of developing automation solutions to streamline customer workflows, enhance auditability, facilitate follow-up, and provide clarity in the event of anomalies. This minimizes human error for improved quality.
