We are looking for an experienced and self-driven HR Specialist to join our office in Vaasa. In Cyient we value delivering results, developing competences and/or services as well as equality & respect for others. In Cyient Finland we want to provide employment services with these value promises to our line managers as well as to our employees.
As HR Specialist you will work closely with our line managers, personnel and your colleagues in the Nordic HR team as well as with our bought services within the HR area. You will develop and run the daily Human Resources Management matters with strong emphasis on employment related issues by managing, handling and developing a range of HR activities during the employee lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage, operatively handle & develop the employment lifecycle matters
- Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure that the HR policies as well as legal requirements are followed and interpreted fairly
- Payroll service management (bought service)
- Cooperation with the employee representatives
Requirements
- At least three years of experience of HRM in a big or medium sized organization
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in HR, Behavioural Sciences, in Business Administration or corresponding
- Labour law knowledge and experience in interpreting collective labour agreements is seen as a benefit
- Previous working experience in payroll related tasks are considered as an asset
- Good communication skills in Finnish and English, Swedish skills seen as a benefit
We are looking for a person who has the ability to work independently and is comfortable managing situations that come up with short notice or are unclear and you are determined to solve them. You possess good cooperation, negotiation and organization skills. You are service minded and have a self-going attitude.
