We are now looking for a Graduate, Technology to join our Technology and R&D team. Home location of the position will be in Helsinki, Finland. 

The UPM Graduate Program gives your career a whirlwind start with many opportunities for the future development. What You Will Do

  • Development of data collection, analytics and reporting of our innovation and R&D operations and projects
  • Digitalization and expansion of knowledge and usage of our reporting tools
  • Further development of innovation management, e.g., portfolio management, idea evaluation and technology scouting

Who You Are

  • You are an MSc in engineering or economics, e.g., in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems Management, Chemical Engineering or Business Analytics with some working experience
  • You have knowledge about R&D and innovation portfolio management systems and tools
  • You have already gathered experience from analytics and data-driven decision making, digitalization and use of various digital tools (including Power BI and some AI-based tools)
  • You have a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to think both strategically and conceptually
  • You have excellent written and good spoken skills in English
  • You have good presentation skills and ability to work with different kinds of projects in a multicultural environment
  • We appreciate a positive and energetic attitude, as well as taking initiative and responsibility
