What You Will Do
- Development of data collection, analytics and reporting of our innovation and R&D operations and projects
- Digitalization and expansion of knowledge and usage of our reporting tools
- Further development of innovation management, e.g., portfolio management, idea evaluation and technology scouting
- You are an MSc in engineering or economics, e.g., in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems Management, Chemical Engineering or Business Analytics with some working experience
- You have knowledge about R&D and innovation portfolio management systems and tools
- You have already gathered experience from analytics and data-driven decision making, digitalization and use of various digital tools (including Power BI and some AI-based tools)
- You have a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to think both strategically and conceptually
- You have excellent written and good spoken skills in English
- You have good presentation skills and ability to work with different kinds of projects in a multicultural environment
