💡Context

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive legal intern to join our Legal team for a 6-month internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading fintech company.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and autonomous individual eager to develop their legal skills in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

👉Your future missions

You will be involved in a wide range of legal activities, including :

• Reviewing, analyzing, and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS vendor agreements;
• Supporting the review, implementation, and maintenance of data protection policies, procedures, and documentation (privacy notices, data processing agreements, records of processing activities, etc.);
• Drafting or updating internal guidance, policies, or compliance recommendations for the use of AI-driven solutions;
• Providing legal support and guidance to all operational teams (Sales, Tech, etc.);
• Supporting corporate legal matters, including drafting corporate documents (e.g., board minutes, resolutions), assisting with corporate formalities, and maintaining corporate records;
• Contributing to the dissemination of legal culture within the company (training, processes, guides, etc.).

[Desired Profile]

✨ You are a great match if :

• You have completed the CRFPA and are seeking a PPI (not mandatory), or are currently enrolled in a Master 2 in IT Law, Business Law, or a related field;
• You have excellent communication and drafting skills, particularly for complex contractual matters;
• You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively;
• You have a strong ability to identify legal risks and provide clear, actionable recommendations;
• You are curious, proactive, and demonstrate a strong sense of initiative;
• You have a positive, “can-do” attitude and a desire to learn and provide support;
• You have strong academic credentials and a solid grounding in IT contract law, data protection, and AI-related legal issues;
• Previous experience in a law firm or a fintech/SaaS environment is a plus.
