I’m hiring a Senior Software Engineer on behalf of a leading financial services organisation in Galway. You’ll join an innovation-driven team working on a brand-new greenfield platform shaping the architecture, building core services, and influencing key technical decisions from day one.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with solid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs within a Microservices environment. Experience with Angular is highly advantageous, and knowledge of Oracle databases will serve you well.

Cloud experience, especially with AWS or Azure is a significant plus. The team also leverages Kafka, so any practical exposure to event-driven systems will be a bonus.
