Technology Security Manager

Kildare - Hybrid

Salary 90-100k plus bonus

We are seeking an experienced Technology Security Manager to lead and evolve an organisation-wide technology security function within a regulated, critical-infrastructure environment.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for defining and delivering a multi-year IT and OT security strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Technology Security Strategy and cybersecurity roadmap
• Lead IT & OT cyber risk assessments, governance, and risk treatment planning
• Own and maintain the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including NIS2
• Provide oversight of cloud, network, and OT security across hybrid environments
• Act as lead incident response manager and support disaster recovery and BCM
• Govern third-party suppliers and managed security service providers

Experience & Background

• 8+ years’ experience across IT, OT, or hybrid technology environments
• Strong background in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance
• Experience operating in industrial, utilities, or highly regulated sectors
• Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, AWS, M365)
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or GICSP are advantageous
