Senior Project Manager (Residential)
A well-established leading Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience to work on a large scale apartments project in North Dublin. Our client is looking for someone with strong residential experience and a genuine interest in progressing into a Contracts Manager position in the future.
Role & Duties:
- Manage projects in line with company policies, procedures, Building Regulations, schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Chair site meetings with Design Teams and Subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, documented outcomes, and compliance with drawings, specs, and Health & Safety.
- Supervise site staff and subcontractors, maintaining quality standards and providing timely information to the team.
- Apply knowledge of RIAI Standard Contracts and BCAR 2014 requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management with Irish / UK Main Contractor.
- 3rd level degree or Trades Qualified.
- Experience working on Residential / Conservation / Restoration Projects.
- Experience working with a Tier 1 Contractor (desirable but not essential)
