Digital Project Delivery Manager – 12-month fixed term contract

Granite Digital is seeking a Project Delivery Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract.

As a Digital Project Delivery Manager, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to delivering solutions that meets our client's needs, budget and timelines while ensuring best-in-class delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of all aspects of project delivery, from planning and managing project process to overseeing project scope, timelines and budgets
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and accountability
• Track and report project progress
• Be the go-to person for all things project related, responsible for the entire life cycle of client projects
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, setting and managing expectations for scope, timeline, and budget
• Forge strong, collaborative partnerships with your team members and clients to drive success
• Be a problem-solver, tackling any obstacles that arise and ensuring smooth project execution

Qualifications:

• 3 years' experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager preferably in a digital agency or software house environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal skills, exceptional organisational skills
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including Scrum Master experience
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across teams
• A process-oriented mindset with clear, proactive communication and strong commercial acumen
• A can-do attitude with a proactive approach
• Proficient with the use of Gsuite tools, Project Management systems such as Jira
• PMP certification, Prince 2, Scrum Master certification desired
