Who are we looking for?
We are looking for 10+ years’ experience Data Analyst, who would leverage powerfully insightful data to inform our systems and solutions, and we’re seeking an experienced pipeline-centric data engineer to put it to good use in building out ETL and Data Operations framework (Data Preparation / Normalization and Ontological processes).
Technical Skills:
- 5–7 years of experience in data roles such as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or Data Scientist
- Expertise in Splunk queries
- Familiarity with Python or another scripting language for data analysis and automation
- Well versed in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities
- Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical business leaders
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Ability to work on a dynamic, research-oriented team that has concurrent projects
- Should have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Data analysis and visualization skills: analyze telemetry data to identify trends and patterns and create visualizations to communicate insights.
- A focus on impact - you don’t stop with just recommendations but ensure to see work through to changing the business and driving enterprise value
- Professional certification in Data Analytics tools preferably
- General understanding of distributed systems
- Experience in Insurance domain preferable
Key Responsibilities and Skill
- Looking for a Senior Data Analyst for data team to help build a strong foundation for decision-making across the company, work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and Finance to turn data into actionable insights and improve how we operate at scale
- Build trusted, scalable data models that serve as the foundation for analytics and reporting across the company
- Partner with stakeholders across product, design, engineering, and finance to uncover insights and support strategic initiatives
- Develop clear reporting and dashboards to drive performance visibility and accountability across teams
- Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate feature usage, business performance, and customer behavior
- Set up thresholds and tweak existing ones to ensure relevant alerts are reported
- Build OOB dashboards and templates. To group the servers and applications by CIOs, etc, to make sense of data and customized working with Splunk.
- Monitoring and Alerting: Establish monitoring systems and alerts to detect anomalies and performance issues in real-time.
Qualification:
- Somebody who has at least 10+ years of work experience who has played Data Analyst role.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline
- Education qualification: Any degree from a reputed college.
