Currently, we are looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager to join our team and create a meaningful impact on building this future by ensuring seamless adaptation of our content across multiple international markets, providing guidance to other teams to ensure adherence to best practices, and implementing AI tools and automations to further scale and streamline localization output.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- End-to-end management of localization projects, content and activities via Clickup, Phrase Strings, Phrase TMS, CMS and Google Suite.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and vendors, provide guidance to ensure adherence to best practices, minimizing downstream issues, reducing cost and time-to-delivery.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure proper vendor management and onboarding, continuously improving forecasting and efficiency, and delivering localization excellence.
- Track budget, data, KPI metrics, personal goals.
- Drive automation and AI-based process improvements across localization.
- Design, own, and optimize MT-first localization workflows and tools.
- Evaluate and select MT engines based on language pairs, domains, and quality metrics.
- Implement AI-assisted QA and adopt emerging AI localization technologies.
- Hands-on experience in localization project management, vendor management, budgeting, negotiation, and quality control.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with translation memory, terminology, QA processes, and localization platforms (Phrase TMS / Phrase Strings).
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, dashboards, and MT evaluation frameworks.
- Strong technical skills in automation, AI, APIs, and webhooks; familiarity with LLMs (prompting, fine-tuning concepts, limitations).
- Basic front-end and back-end technical experience.
- Fast learner of new tools and technologies.
- A background in marketing, e-commerce and communications.
- Familiarity with n8n and Zapier.

💵 Salary
2645-3310 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.
