About the product
We’re building TRIP1.COM – an OTA-style travel technology platform focused on flights and hotels, enhanced by contextual AI-driven features that improve how users discover, book, and manage travel. This venture goes within the bigger organization of an already established brand – CoinGate, thus new travel-venture stands in the intersection of payments, gift-cards and regulated fintech.
The platform aggregates inventory from multiple suppliers, manages availability and pricing, and supports end-to-end booking and post-booking flows. As the business scales, data accuracy, inventory quality, and operational insight are critical to reliability and growth.
Company stage: live product with growing bookings and inventory.
The role
As Travel Business Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operational health of TRIP1.COM, working closely with engineering teams.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing ideas into the product, translating partnerships and concepts into clear, well-implemented customer journeys that drive strong returning customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and monitor platform inventory (hotels, flights, ancillary services & etc.)
- Update and verify product listings, including availability, pricing logic, and metadata (i.e., hotel rooms)
- Use dashboards and AI-assisted monitoring tools to track bookings, errors, and operational performance
- Identify data inconsistencies or booking issues and coordinate fixes with operations, product, or engineering
- Research OTA industry trends and AI-driven travel technologies, sharing insights with the team
- Assist with customer and partner support, helping resolve booking or payment issues efficiently
You’re a generalist with a clear skill set — curious, detail-oriented, and analytical — with a strong interest in technology and travel. You’re comfortable working in a primarily in-office environment (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) and value close collaboration with the team.
This corresponds to someone who:
- Enjoys working with dashboards, structured data, and admin systems
- Is comfortable using AI tools to analyze information and work more efficiently
- Is organized, reliable, and takes ownership of accuracy
- Communicates clearly and raises thoughtful questions
Experience that helps:
- 1–3 years experience in operations, analytics, customer support, or similar roles
- Exposure to travel operations, similar platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS
- Comfortable with prompt engineering, spreadsheets, reporting, and basic data analysis (BigQuery, Data Studio)
Why join:
- Gain hands-on experience with AI-enhanced travel workflows
- Work closely with founders, product, and senior engineering team
- Clear growth path into Chief Operational Executive
- An ultra-modern office in the heart of Vilnius
- Engaging team-building activities, occasional workations in Lithuania and abroad
Salary:
2,500 – 3,000 EUR €/month before taxes.
We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
