Role Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) full-time Manager, Business Analyst to join our team in Luxembourg. This role centers on supporting strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives, with a strong emphasis on market analysis, business support, and coordination of project workstreams.

This is a hands-on, analytical role designed for a junior professional who will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to strategic business operations and digital infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain quantitative analyses, data files, presentations, and memos to support decision-making and business operations.
  • Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of operational and market data.
  • Draft clear, concise presentations and reports for executive review.
  • support project tracking, status updates, and follow-up actions for the VP, Business Operations.
  • Prepare materials for strategic committees, partners, and regulatory authorities.

  • Prepare and maintain quantitative analyses, data files, presentations, and memos to support decision-making and business operations.
  • Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of operational and market data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Finance) to gather inputs and ensure alignment.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and technology developments relevant to AI infrastructure and data centers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting templates, processes, and workflows.
  • Take ownership of specific projects and initiatives, with the opportunity to manage projects independently as your experience and maturity grow.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute ideas to shape business direction.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support new initiatives or investments.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors as needed for project delivery.


Skills And Experience

  • 1–2 years of professional experience preferred (internships/alternance and relevant project work count).
  • Graduate from a top engineering or business school, with prior experience in engineering, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about data center operations, AI infrastructure, and business strategy.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
  • Prior experience (internships, apprenticeships, or full-time) in consulting, finance, technology, or related fields is a plus.
