Business Analyst for HR Processes – Job Description:
Position Details:
· Full Time
· B2B Contract
· Duration: 2 Years + Extensions

· Languages: English
Skills:
· Background in design and implementations of HR processes
· Experience with process documentation in flowcharts, and with writing text for process guidelines, procedures etc.
· Experience with RACI matrices
· Familiar with the work of HR BPs and the HR processes they usually perform with the business
· Proven change management experience: preparing change management plans and carrying out activities
· Experience with AI tools and process automation, including Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and data analysis
· Training preparation and delivery for operational staff on new tools/workflows and for knowledge transfer to others
· Experience in project management and the ways of working in a project (preparing weekly project updates, timelines, action plans, risk logs, reporting documents etc.)
· Excellent at managing and structuring tasks
· Good Excel and MS Office
· Ideally experience with VBA to automate procedural steps
· Ideally experience with the implementation of HR IS.
