We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software Developer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C# development, SQL Server database management, and ADO.NET for data access. You will collaborate in a Scrum environment, leveraging modern tools like GitHub and Copilot to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET framework.
• Implement efficient data access layers using ADO.NET and optimize queries for SQL Server.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to agile delivery.
• Collaborate with team members using GitHub for version control, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize Copilot and other AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Document technical designs, processes, and best practices.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, performance tuning).
• Solid understanding of ADO.NET for database connectivity.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology and agile practices.
• Experience with GitHub workflows (branches, pull requests, actions).
• Ability to leverage Copilot or similar AI tools for faster development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
