We are looking for a Scrum Master/ Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Location : Eindhoven, Netherlands (Hybrid)


Responsibilities

  • PI Planning Orchestration: Managing and facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning events every 8–12 weeks to align all teams on a shared mission and vision.
  • Execution & Synchronization: Facilitating ART-level ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums (SoS) and PO Syncs to maintain alignment and track iteration progress across teams.
  • Impediment & Risk Management: Identifying and removing program-level bottlenecks that individual teams cannot resolve; leading ROAM (Resolved, Owned, Accepted, Mitigated) exercises to manage risks.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partnering with Product Management and Architects to ensure the program backlog is prioritized and aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Relentless Improvement: Driving a culture of continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops and by coaching teams on Lean-Agile best practices.
  • Metrics & Governance: Establishing and tracking flow metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, predictability) to provide visibility into delivery health to senior leadership.
