Role: IT Integration Project Manager
Location: Porto, Portugal – Hybrid (3x per week in the office)

Role: IT Integration Project Manager
Location: Porto, Portugal – Hybrid (3x per week in the office)
Requirements:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
- Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions between enterprise systems and external platforms such as CRM, e-commerce, logistics, and finance
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data integrity standards across integrations
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality and compliance requirements
- Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Drive change management activities to support adoption of new systems and processes
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 5 years managing integration projects
- Strong background in delivering complex, multi-system integration initiatives
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile
- Familiarity with integration technologies including APIs, middleware, and ESB
- Proficiency in MS Project (mandatory)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
- No-term full-time contract
