Senior IT Project Manager - Porto

Role: IT Integration Project Manager

Location: Porto, Portugal – Hybrid (3x per week in the office)

Requirements:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
• Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions between enterprise systems and external platforms such as CRM, e-commerce, logistics, and finance
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data integrity standards across integrations
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality and compliance requirements
• Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation
• Drive change management activities to support adoption of new systems and processes
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 5 years managing integration projects
• Strong background in delivering complex, multi-system integration initiatives
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile
• Familiarity with integration technologies including APIs, middleware, and ESB
• Proficiency in MS Project (mandatory)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
