Your Mission
As Human Resources Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic initiatives. You will lead transformational projects that involve diverse stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
Your Responsabilities
- Lead and manage strategic and transformational projects (e.g., technology, governance, ) from concept to implementation.
- Identify trends, best practices, and innovative solutions from both the retail sector and other relevant industries.
- Build strong partnerships across teams, functions, and geographies to secure alignment and achieve impactful results.
- Monitor, control, and report on project progress, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met.
Your Profile
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; post-graduate studies, MBA, or Master’s are a plus.
- 3–5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably including strategy consulting.
- Experience with complex organizations and cross-sector, multi-geography projects is valued.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
