We are looking for a Fullstack Software Developer to join our Technology Department.

The role will be based at our new, additional, technology site in Alicante, Spain. Backed by over 1,700 technologists worldwide based across our three key technology centres – our primary technology hub in Geneva (Switzerland), supported by Madrid (Spain), and Malmö (Sweden), and powered by one of Europe’s largest IoT platforms, we’re building something big, and we’re just getting started in Alicante

You'll join the Monitoring team, which builds and maintains the core applications used by our Alarm Receiving Center (CRA). These tools are essential for operators to manage incidents triggered by IoT devices in real time, including intrusion alerts, images, and contextual data.

You’ll be part of a team that is evolving a scripted application designed to guide operators through protocols efficiently, improving onboarding and operational consistency.

You will:

· Develop and maintain fullstack applications (Angular + Java) that support alarm monitoring operations.

· Implement real-time event-driven architectures using Kafka.

· Integrate contextual data (images, device signals, location) into operator interfaces.

· Collaborate with a distributed team.

· Contribute to the evolution of the Smart Process interface, which visualizes installation environments and incident context.

· Work using Agile methodologies.

· Ensure high performance and scalability to handle high volume of signals daily.

· Strong knowledge of Angular and Java.

· Experience with Spring Boot, Kubernetes, microservices.

· Kafka.

· Experience working in Agile environments.

· Fluent in English and Spanish.

· Kafka Streams.

· Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.

· Background in IoT or real-time data processing.

· Previous experience in high-volume environments (e.g., banking, retail).
