Build the operational backbone of a growing space company

My client is entering a critical growth phase — and we’re looking for a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to help scale the company from ~20 to 50+ people in a structured, efficient and sustainable way.

This role is ideal for a senior operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Working hand-in-hand with the CEO, you will translate vision into reality by building the processes, structures and ways of working that allow a fast-growing space company to deliver reliably as it scales.

Previous COO or C-level experience is not required — this role is designed for someone ready to take that step.
