Do you aspire to join a high-performing Analytics and Transformation team within a leading global Compliance organisation at the forefront of the wealth management industry? In this dynamic role, you will conduct in-depth business analysis and manage projects and change management initiatives. Collaborating closely with Compliance and Risk SMEs in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, you will play a pivotal role in driving business value by solving complex challenges through innovative and data-informed solutions.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Lead and support process optimisation, data analytics, and business intelligence initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring tangible outcomes
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, defining business requirements, solution testing, implementation, and measuring success
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to conduct in-depth analyses and identify best-in-class solutions, leveraging both emerging technologies and the Compliance Analytics & Transformation team’s proprietary in-house infrastructure
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, and prepare presentations for various governance bodies and Senior Management
- Operate effectively within an agile project environment, applying iterative methodologies to deliver value incrementally
- Perform ad hoc business analysis and reports, and provide cross-functional support to other projects and team members within Compliance Analytics & Transformation
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in economics, business administration, finance or a related field
- Solid Banking experience with focus on Compliance & Risk Management, ideally within a global financial services environment
- Strong strategic, conceptual and organisational skills, underpinned by proven experience in project management and business analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment characterised by evolving priorities and tight deadlines
- A curious mindset with a track record of applying creative, out-of-the-box thinking to challenge existing processes and proactively develop innovative solutions
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach, able to listen actively, contribute constructively, and work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams to achieve shared objectives
- Fluency in English (the primary business language); German is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
