The Product Owner will be responsible for the business management of company products and its commercial success, effective execution of the product strategy, product roadmap ownership. This role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, mainly casino, but other related sectors as well.

We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to join our team in Bucharest!
About the job:
The Product Owner will be responsible for the business management of company products and its commercial success, effective execution of the product strategy, product roadmap ownership. This role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, mainly casino, but other related sectors as well.
What You'll get to do:
- Work closely with Business Unit CPO on defining long term strategy, translating business strategy into a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities to improve and offer better products to the market.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and define high level product specifications.
- Transform high level requirements into user stories, support the team with any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, suggestions, and issues.
- Proven track record of 3+ years working as a Casino Product Manager or Product Owner in the iGaming industry, with hands-on experience in sports betting, online casino, or related domains.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming industry landscape, including key players, market dynamics, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
- Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.
