The platform is built using the Unity game engine and modern web graphics APIs (WebGPU/WebGL), and it incorporates AI-powered features for enhanced interactive experiences and realistic environments.
About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level 3D Modeler with a strong architectural background and hands-on experience creating optimized 3D assets for real-time environments. You will work at the intersection of architecture, real estate visualization, and 3D gaming, producing high-quality yet performance-efficient assets for online and interactive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D architectural and environmental assets for real-time applications (games, interactive real estate).
- Model buildings, interiors, props, and modular assets based on architectural drawings, CAD files, or references.
- Optimize 3D assets for real-time engines and web-based platforms while maintaining visual fidelity.
- Perform UV unwrapping and UV layout optimization for efficient texturing.
- Create clean topology suitable for game engines and real-time rendering.
- Work with PBR workflows (materials, textures, lighting considerations).
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure assets meet performance and visual requirements.
- Follow established game asset production pipelines and naming conventions.
- Iterate on assets based on feedback and performance testing.
Must-Have Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a 3D Modeler.
- Architectural background (architecture, interior design, architectural visualization, or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in real estate visualization and real-time game environments.
- Strong understanding of game-ready asset creation and optimization (polycount, draw calls, LODs).
- Solid experience with UV unwrapping, UV packing, and texture optimization.
- Deep understanding of real-time 3D workflows.
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, international team.
Tools & Technical Skills
- 3D Software (required):
- Blender or similar
- Texturing & Materials:
- PBR workflows (Substance Painter / Substance Designer)
- File Formats & Pipelines:
- FBX, GLB, optimized export workflows for real-time use
- Strong understanding of:
- Lightmaps, LODs, instancing, and performance constraints
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with Unity 3D, especially WebGL or WebGPU builds.
- Experience working on online 3D games or browser-based real-time environments.
- Experience with character modeling, clothing creation, and rigging.
- Basic technical art or engine-side optimization experience.
