About Us

Soundtrack is a B2B scale-up company providing music streaming services for businesses. We serve small customers like the café around the corner, and much bigger brands like Joe & the Juice, Toni & Guy and TAG Heuer. On the inside, we're a bunch of talented, motivated and humble designers, engineers and music experts. We believe in product-led growth, where the product is the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion.

The Role

As the Commercial Product Manager, you are the architect of the process behind our pricing and commercial strategy. You will lead and facilitate pricing decisions, preparing data-backed models and scenarios to guide executive decisions that maximize ARPU, margins, and retention. You continuously analyze market trends to ensure our packaging remains competitive, acting as the strategic bridge that turns our product innovation into sustainable business revenue.

You will also drive the execution of these strategies by managing the full commercial lifecycle of our streaming product with add-ons. This involves defining the strategy for in-product monetization—deciding who sees what offer and when—and optimizing user journeys for cross-sell and upsell. You act as a key commercial stakeholder to our Product teams, defining the "business value" requirements that allow them to build high-converting user experiences.

Finally, you ensure our revenue-generating teams are equipped to sell. You translate product features into clear commercial value propositions, empowering our Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams with the logic and packaging details they need to succeed.

Please note that we will start reviewing applications after the Christmas and New Year holidays, in early January.

About You

  • You are a pragmatic relationship-builder. You lead with empathy—understanding the perspective of the sales rep just as well as the end-user—and you build strong social bonds across the organization.
  • We’re a small team, so your footprint needs to be big. You are comfortable with ambiguity and don't wait for a perfect process to exist before you act. You proactively identify problems and focus on practical, scalable solutions rather than theoretical perfection.
  • You are a commercial detective. You enjoy the deep dive. You love to find the "commercial truth" in the noise, identifying the hidden opportunities that others might miss.
  • You have grit. You understand that driving commercial change in a scaling company isn't always a straight line. You are proactive, you don't wait for permission to fix a problem, and you have the resilience to push a project over the finish line.
