AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Features: Build and lead the creation of AI tools that turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• Build Infrastructure: Design and maintain core AI systems, including search functionality and retrieval algorithms.
• Optimize LLMs: Implement Large Language Model (LLM) integrations and improve their performance.
• End-to-End Delivery: Work across the technical stack to ensure AI features improve how users share and access knowledge.

Requirements

• AI & LLM Expertise: Strong experience working with LLMs, AI APIs, and various prompting techniques.
• Backend Engineering: A proven track record in backend development and the practical implementation of AI.
• Testing & Evaluation: Ability to solve problems using rigorous experimentation and data-driven evaluation.
• NLP & Recommendations: Experience building recommendation systems or working with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Model Knowledge: A deep understanding of the current capabilities and technical limitations of AI models.
