Senior Unity Developer

Location: Remote (Poland)

This role is posted on behalf of the following client: They are a next-generation VR and mobile game development studio on a mission to elevate what’s possible in virtual worlds. With acclaimed titles on mobile and Meta Quest as well as a global community, they're dedicated to creating immersive, emotionally charged experiences that captivate players and push creative boundaries.

Role Overview:

They're searching for a Senior Unity Developer who knows their way around C#, multiplayer networking, and the unique quirks of VR and mobile development. You'll be building fast-paced action gameplay, social systems, and keeping everything running smoothly on platforms like Meta Quest and iOS/Android.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and implement core gameplay systems in C#
• Build and maintain multiplayer networking using Photon or similar
• Develop for VR (Meta Quest) and Mobile (iOS/Android) platforms
• Collaborate with designers to create engaging action and social loops
• Ensure performance and stability across devices
• Mentor junior devs and contribute to technical best practices

Who You Are:

• Strong C# programming skills with Unity experience
• Proven experience in VR and Mobile game development
• Knowledge of multiplayer networking (Photon Fusion/PUN or Netcode)
• Experience with action gameplay and/or social multiplayer systems
• Track record of shipping games or large prototypes
• Great communicator and collaborator with design/art teams
