Mundi is a treasury platform for modern businesses. We automate how companies manage, move, and optimize cash across banks and capital-markets products.
Data is foundational at Mundi. It powers our product decisions, pricing, risk logic, and automation. As a New Graduate Data Analyst, you will work directly with production data that affects real financial outcomes, not just reports.
This role is ideal if you want to start your career in a place where data is technical, impactful, and taken seriously.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze core business data: Work with product usage, balances, cash flows, yields, and operational datasets.
- Write production SQL: Query large, structured datasets to answer business and product questions.
- Build reports and dashboards: Create reliable, well-defined dashboards and recurring reports teams actually use.
- Run ad-hoc and exploratory analyses: Investigate trends, anomalies, and performance drivers as new questions arise.
- Support metric definitions: Help define and maintain clear, consistent business and product metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally: Work with product, engineering, risk, and business teams to support decision-making.
- Care about data quality: Monitor correctness, edge cases, and assumptions behind the numbers.
- Educational background: Recent graduate (or graduating soon) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical mindset: You enjoy reasoning from first principles and validating assumptions.
- Technical foundation:
- Solid SQL (joins, aggregations; window functions are a plus)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Exposure to Python (pandas, numpy) or similar tools is a plus
- Clear communicator: Able to explain findings in a structured and simple way.
- Curious and proactive: You ask “why” and “how”, not just “what”.
- Detail-oriented: You care about correctness, definitions, and edge cases.
- Internships, coursework, or projects involving data analysis
- Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Exposure to data warehouses or analytics pipelines
- Interest in fintech, finance, or capital markets
- Experience working in fast-moving or startup environments
- Real impact from day one: Your work will influence product, risk, and revenue decisions.
- Strong learning curve: Finance, data, and infrastructure intersect daily.
- High technical bar, supportive environment: You’ll be challenged, but also supported and mentored.
- Career foundation: A strong starting point for Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Analytics-focused roles.
